Professional Writing Editing
Clark Memorandum ArticleFor English 326, Beginning Editing, I worked with a group of 3 other students to edit and design an article for the Clark Memorandum, a semiannual law and religion magazine published by the J. Reuben Clark Law School. This article was never to be published, but we were to treat it as though it would be. Below is a copy of the article with my editing comments, the style sheet my group created, and the final designed draft of the article.

FDHUM TextbookAnother project I did for English 326, Beginning Editing, was copy edit part of a textbook written by one of the BYU–I instructors for the discontinued FDHUM 103 course, Art and Propaganda in the 20th Century, found on page 48 of the course catalogue. I worked with the same editing team from the Clark Memorandum article to edit 3 chapters of this textbook. My individual comments are distinguished with a "J" and can be found in the dark pink boxes, and the comments my group wrote collectively are distinguished with "BI" and can be found in the light pink boxes. Both the edited and final drafts of the chapters are included below.
